Dharmajyoti Scheme of Assam Government

Dharmajyoti is a Government of Assam scheme launched under Untied Fund in 2004-05. The aim of the scheme is to provide special concession to the pilgrims for visiting various religious places across the country. Under this scheme 50% transportation cost is borne by the Government of Assam. Dharmajyoti Achani is implemented by Assam State Transport Corporation (ASTC). The fund is provided by the Planning & Development Department, Govt of Assam. This scheme is applicable only for pilgrim groups containing at least 20 persons. Age of the participants must be more than 60 years.

    our villagers is n,t see in our Religion temple Jagnath temple, badarika etc.So i throught Some Intereastead people meet and going in this place. but you are allways known that basically villegers are poor man.
    so Sir who is Departmeant provaided in this schreame..what is contract..?
