APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? Was it good enough to make it to the list? This article is for those APSC mains candidates. Find below the cutoff marks for various categories against various posts in APSC CCE 2009.
APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.

Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. You said that today someone told you that result ll be declared on 20 feb! And when you got the information that entry of marks in d computer is pending….how many days back? 5,10,or15 days ? Why did nt you got the information of result from the person who can give you internal information like entry of marks in the computer??
Result will b declared by next saturday as per an apsc insider.

Latest News: Entry of marks in the Computer is pending, hardly a task of 3 to 4 days[approximately 2200 candidates(as per News Paper's report), per candidate 6subjects]. But today one of the telephone operators of APSC told me in a very rough mood that result will be declared on 20th February!

Just spoke to a senior official of apsc.Result is not declaring today…d official said ll be declared before 15 feb.So I guess possibily 13 feb, since 14 n 15 both are holidays.
Result aji ohar chance besi. just came back from APSC office. Confirm kora nai kintu koise je aji result diyar prostuti soli ase. khub hombhob declare aji hoe jabo. Controller also said the same thing when I met him on the 30th.

tomorrow is holiday due to Bir Chilaray Diwas…so can we expect rslt today?

Apsc declares result on d day bfore a holiday.So calculate urself d next sunday or second saturday or any other govt holiday.
The problem is that all of you know every information but none of u have concrete update..sone says 1st week nd others by 15th n all..evryone is well aware but if you donot have exact info..its better not to share coz create havoc and uncertainty. Anyway in my point of view it should come up on 12th-13th.
Result will be ready to hang by Tuesday… probably declared by Friday. .. anyhow frnds countdown starts….”nxt is wht”.
