APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? Was it good enough to make it to the list? This article is for those APSC mains candidates. Find below the cutoff marks for various categories against various posts in APSC CCE 2009.
APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. Finally Govt has taken a move to free of corruption, govt had filed a afidavit regarding anomalies in cce 2013, it may also led to scrapping of appoinitments, lets hope for a good outcome

@storm, check at fb apsc mains site. Some one drafted letter.. Few points should be added 1. Violation of rule by ex controller 2. Recovery of answer script from Paul house 3. Answer script printed at Paul bro press which is against govt rules 4. Assam ex minister bharat narah except recommendation of candidate list to Paul in front of media etc
When 2015 exam result will declared? answer script safe place still under police lock.

The cut off of CCE 14 have decreased drastically compared to CCE 13.The toppers of CCE 13 received 900 plus in mains itself to secure good ranks.Amongst them were geniuses scoring 240 plus in GS.My sincere regards to those geniuses who once stood at the bottom of their classes at college and school.The spark of brilliance can strike at any moment by divine providence.Anyways they are now respected first class citizens of Assam.
However in CCE 14 the toppers received around 890-910 to secure top ranks.I mean 2nd ,3rd etc.I don’t understand how as the same officials were at helm both the times.Can somebody guess or tell why this happened?
CCE 15 can’t be predicted by any means.The same examiners may not evaluate.And manipulation I am sceptical about as old habits die hard.Added many I read at this forum says some authentic source,source at APSC,reliable person etc etc…But probably in CCE 15 officials may dare not manipulate..

in west or north European countries even ministers themselves resign if anything misconduct..they know their responsibility….without public demand they themselves resign in many cases(ample examples)..shame on our govt they have even know shame
It seems like case slow down , govt know massive corruption occur still thy issuing appointment 2014 batch..
Even no action against ex controller anb Singha who violated rules of examination..
Solution – massive protest, let we Do not allow them to ruin our future.
Today apsc declared it will announce all the pending results and conduct pending vivas very soon and let the candidates know through electronic print media..again presstitute spread false rumours…
