APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. I think it is hopeless….why involved candidates is always remain out of investigation,,,why they are not dismissed…in any investigation always one two involved persons arrested and shallow inquiries…always really involved candidates remain safe side..so what is the ultimate truth or results..???…if Governors like JP Rajkhowa etc can be dismissed..a lower rank /base level acs officers can’t be dismissed…..shame on the system…..My personal suggestions is can there be any system where a name plate along with there designation(ACS/APS/IAS/IPS)…involved in corruption/selected through illegal methods,100crore scam/answer paper scams etc can also be placed along with there rank in the front door of the office…..that will be the best solution…they have to bear this throughout there service career…it can (I think)..one of the solution
As per one news channel means it’s not confirmed yet…and why not other cce exams like 2013 and 2014 where evidences prooved its illegality…
Bdo ranger fishery some jr engineer post etc exams were scraped as par one news channel….yes apsc under t conduct kora sob xm at least re evaluate hobo lage….bohut pakhondoi bdo post 40 50 lakh di thik korisil…2013 conservator forest post tu rockybul kukure kelenkari korisil…

I dnt support cancellation of 2015cce withiut any evidence. There needs to b substantial proof bcz by da time xam ws over paul ws arrested n hence chances for any corruption does nt arise as it happens mainly aftr mains whn copies ws written in private

Me 2 only speaking in this forum , doing no action becoz of upcoming upsc mains exam Dec month .. which is more important..after exam definitely consult with lawyer and file petition in court to scrap … who free brothers pls do action .. no talking
First cancel 2013 list and scrap it.More so scrap all exams conducted under tainted chairmanship.Then scrap CCE 14 and then CCE 15. But why only CCEs why not all the examinations like BDO , Junior engineers exams etc etc…whose results are not declared.The investigation seems to be going in strange direction .No big names disclosed and the media is also tight lipped.Just today news came in the media that certain candidate’s copies have been found.After giving examination why are students ( tainted or untainted) accountable.Where their copies are found whether in some ones bathroom or bedroom is irrelevant from the candidate’s perspective unless corroborative facts of manipulation are substantially proved in the court.The point I want to raise is are the accusations sustainable in the court of law.
Punish the accused all will say but how many go to court to espouse their cause like what Prasanta Bhuyan did with hard facts and figures.The fight against corruption of APSC page at Facebook has few likes but everyone saying scrap this ,punish them,remove corruption…Hypocrisy at it best can sometimes be seen in this forum itself.
APSC is rotten to the core, thanks to a racket of crooks. Apart from chairman and members, several employees are involved in this. And they are protected by few greedy political leaders and the products of their crook-making factory. This racket became so powerful that they started to sell jobs openly. Even their drivers started negotiating price in public. As a result, Dibrugarh police started their investigation and arrested the chairman and others.
This ring start the crook recruitment process even before release of notification. It ensures that near and dear ones are not left out. As the buyers are mostly dumb idiots, they also help them clear Prelims. I am not going to explain it. Before main exam, they arrange to provide questions, question paper and even locaition to write answers comfortably outside the hall. Obviously, facility varies according to the price paid by the buyer. Interview is an open secret. Marks are altered after interview and buyers always get the highest marks. Before final results, they alter the tabulation sheet to ensure that buyers are given ranks as per the price paid.
And is not just CCE, the crooks rig each and every exam. They sold 100% seats in last ACF and ADO recruitments. In case of CCE, they do allocate few seats for genuine candidates. But the number is small and positions are often towards the bottom.
The current investigation looks promising. But it is too early to rejoice! Because many big names are involved in this. For example the famous defector, the bad diya king, the student leader and more….
@rahul. yeah point valud but do we hav any proof of paul taking money from 2015 cce candidates or leaking paper. we dont hav n its just hearsay till nw. so till we dnt hv a proof we cant demand scrapping based on speculations
@pitt, ya first point is not valid reason without investigation, what about second point? Undeserved(bribe candidate) selected by Paul for mains at expense of deserved candidate ? Even if 1 deserved candidate left out, it right to re conduct 2015.

@rahul. U r saying ‘might be possible’which means u r not sure. Also as per police investigation so far nothing has come out of dis years cce. So i absolutely belief tht dis yr is fair n clean. If howevr somethg comes up in future we can protest. Bt for now i absolutely do not support any scrapping, re examination or cancellation of 2015cce.
@raja @,bandana @pitt I support Shaun . It may possible candidate got questions paper before mains exam . ( Who r going to be selected ). Corruption occur from prelims . Due to Rakesh Paul help many undeserved candidate crack prelims and called for mains instead of deserved candidate . Even if one deserved candidate miss out …it injustice .. it sure corruption occur . So Shaun right
Since we r going to be a future civil servant we should not give comments without having proper informations…..and whatever the corrupt people hav done for that let judiciary decides it how to punish them according to d law…..and it is my sincere request to all d aspirants that plz let’s discuss on some productive issues…..UPSC 2017 is approaching so let’s give a positive outlook on it and let’s show those corrupt people that we are not fool like them…..
2015 IS OK. I think it will be genuine provided nothing fishy occurs now in evaluating and interview.
