Jagdish Mukhi is the current and 39th Governor of Assam state of India. On October 10, 2017, Mukhi assumed charge as Governor of Assam. He replaced Banwarilal Purohit, who served as Governor of Assam from August 17, 2016 to October 9, 2017.
Jagdish Mukhi was Born on December, 1942 in Dajal, Dera Gazi Khan (present day Punjab, Pakistan). He was a professor at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. A member of BJP and RSS, Mukhi also served as a minster in the Delhi government.

Most respectfully i beg to state that,sir i am from nagaon kaliadinga.our main problems poor road condition.Therefore our communication problems too much.kaliadinga to singimari road is very bed(kacha road) before independents.This road connecting to people on national highway Tezpur.More people are involved in fishary department and we selling fishes sollong market.so i request sir kindly as soon as you try to solved our problems..thnk you…..
It’s is very unfortunate that our institution “Assam state cooperative Union ” Ulubari ,Guwahati didn’t get any fund from last 7years . We have submitted our documents every year but we don’t get any response to it, please sir if you go through it , it will be privileged for us to live happily orals we will live in vain.
