Amrit Bhushan Dev Adhikari

Amrit Bhushan Dev Adhikari (1885–1942) was an Assamese writer. He was from Goalpara, Assam. He was the president of the Asam Sahitya Sabha held at Jorhat district, Assam, in 1923.

Biography:

Amrit Bhusan Deb Adhikari was born in 1885. He was Joint Secretary of Assam Association, Calcutta. In 1911, Amrit Bhusan Devadhikari wrote Srimon Namghosa, the simple Assamese translation of Madhabdev’s Namghosa. In 1923, Deb Adhikari became the president of Asam Sahita Sabha’s annual session held at Jorhat, Assam.

Amrit Bhushan Dev Adhikari died in 1942.
