APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:

But even if someone got papers how would forensic test reveal that. Presently forensic test is done to test handwriting. So question paper leak cannot be caught by answer script testing. N even genuine candidates can also get 900. If someone gets good marks it is not that he got question paper. So I dont see any point to crib on Cce 2015.
For the wheels of justice to complete on full circle, it is imperative to encompass CSE 2015 under the ambit of investigation. This assumes criticality since there are news reports that RP saheb had been in touch with some candidates of CCE 2015 too. The extent of damage he had caused needs to be ascertained so that genuine students are not hampered
Agree with @Jitaranjana …. CCE 2016 is the first complete civil service recruitment process under the current Govt. With the current Govt’s much publicized “Zero Tolerance”policy against corruption and nepotism, APSC will not be in a “comfortable”position to undertake mass scale irregularities as was done in the past. I am afraid, damage to some extent has already been done in respect of CCE 2015.
Yeah those three arrested ACS already confessed taking money from some of the candidates of 2015 mains. So proper investigation needed. All the ans. scrips of 2015mains should go under forensic test too before declaration of results.
O rabahe…eman utpat logaisa je…arrest howa aagote be4 Nov..R.Paul a question paper d thoi goise poisa deya candidate burok..gotike seibore 900/950 mains ot pale viva 50/60 pale o ACS/ARS pai jabo…paperot powa nai CCE 2015 candidate kisumane advance d thowa buli..so chill guys..no trasperancy even in 2015 CCE…a fair game will start5 from CCE 2016..
@jay: completely agreed with you. The commission should update the calendar at the earliest. guyz, write letters to editorial of newspapers (already many of us have written such letters and published also); e-mails and verbal request to commission through all possible communication channels must be made first before resorting to judicial process which may lead to further delay.
Rumour-mongers!
the commission may be earnestly requested to at least modify the tentative exam calender which is making us ill at ease
Is there any chances that cce 2015 will be cancelled…. They are delaying the results…… We should visit apsc office and check the matter… Atleast we can speak to the controller
It’s high time we stood up for ourselves. Please make yourselves be heard on every possible forum. Be it social media or traditional media, you may write letter to editor, article, give press conference. Make yourselves be heard. Another option is to maybe file a PIL before the honourable court, so that the court may direct the commission to act quick or at least maybe issue a show cause notice, as to what is taking so long? And what are the steps being taken to address the issues? And what is the time frame, how much longer is it going to take? This is a serious matter now, I urge all of you in your own capacity to create a movement. All those who used unscrupulous means in the past and are now in the service and enjoying, we are suffering for no reason. Losing lot of precious time. Patience has it’s limits. And if something is genuinely delaying the process, I guess we have every right to know about it. Peace.
First of all, the helpdesk doesnt have any concrete info. If we call them, they take it for granted and say any random date or week for probable result declaration. Unlike previous years, nothing has been leaked from the core team of members. Until n unless, they come up with any notice or something, we have to wait n speculate dates.
phone kori ley direct eihobta, hobta hek hong hong obostat oha hobta hei duita kotah pura clear hoigoise. apsc result pause, somethin fishy i guess
It’s not advisible to put all the eggs in the same basket! Every exam conducted by APSC spans around min 2-3yrs. Hence keep trying other Sarkari exams also alongside ACS exam preparation. (Words of wisdom especially intended for newcomers)
@apsc aspirant agree with you.. we should keep patience and give them time so that they can evaluate properly and genuine candidates gets their proper share of marks.
Apsc started to check our answerscripts frm feb. Frm feb 13 till today 98 days gone. Out of 98 days around 30 days were holiday including Sunday. So apsc till now got only 68 days to declare our mains rslt. 68 days 1152 candidates answerscripts, so guyz we should keep patience. Once one apsc official told me this tym apsc wil follow triple evaluation of answerscripts, so may be that’s why they taking tym for the declaration of mains rslt.
Million dollar question of the moment: ” Should we go for interview on Monday?”
*pun intended*
APSC hasn’t yet modified the exam-calendar; so should we go for the interview starting from the 22nd?
