APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? Was it good enough to make it to the list? This article is for those APSC mains candidates. Find below the cutoff marks for various categories against various posts in APSC CCE 2009.
APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. The current state of affairs is really pathetic.I have seen many primary and secondary teachers quite eligible for Grade 1-2 services but due to nepotism and what not have almost surrendered to their fate.Their knowledge base is sound with good writing skills.But probably due to some inward frustration of performing below their qualification and academics and being rejected for govt services, their personality has not developed.They often lament but as age is a factor they have accepted their fate.
Added there are a few (Probably many whom I don’t know of but probably also exist) officers in grade 1-2 services who can not even write a simple application,know nothing but still command the perks of the government and respect what our so called society gives them.The current move of the govt is a welcome move ,particularly kudos to the CM but only time will tell.

Mr. Patir, your selection in a trivial quiz competition or clearing some random exam does not guarantee your selection in the Civil Services examination. Just shut your mouth and stop justifying yourself in front of the TV screen. We all know how you got your job. Shame on you! And if you really deserve, then prove it by clearing UPSC examination or some other national level exam like NET/JRF since you said you cleared TET. You said you got 65%in HSLC. But, remember there are also many people who scored far far more than you all their life but still have to cry for a govt. job because of people like you who believe you can buy this entire world with your money and power. This is not at all justified. People like you are answerable to all those innocents who lost their jobs despite giving their best and all their time.

Heard eklavya Institute owner on run! Many toppers are from this particular Institute, in top 10! Like ankita bora rank 1, minerava rank 4 controller daughter etc etc.. Controller of examination under whose questions paper securely held. Fully against law.. Controller removed after mains exam.. Minerava such bol de kitni lakh diye???
@ Aryan its true.But the situation is more pathetic than ur opinion because in the so called result of 2013 and 2014 list hardly 30-40 students have got their desired results on the basis of merit.list cancellation should not the solution but look into the history..only 20 tai merit t pabo baki 220 ta enei pabo ktha nhoi tu eitu.We all know that list cancellation is not so easy but what we expect …..exam beya kri Ami list cancel krbo bsara nai.But what the hell is going on in Apsc since 1997 period kindly pay attention on those matter also.I respect ur opinion but illegality has crossed its limit ..beyond imaginations….copy burn krse kman pathetic situation hoise …..press t qstns bnai….ans script olai…coaching institutions t notes die according to Apsc officials…eibur Ki Sabo Pari nki
If sosomeone’s paper is not going good it doesn’t mean that he should demand for cancellation of all exams..what is the fault of genuine candidates..all their dedication and patience are in vain for few bastards..they should be eliminated and put behind the bars…

Govt should cancel all recuirtment whose final result not declare like BDO, forest Ranger etc. Including cce 2015 , me 2 write mains exam, but it may possible candidate get questions paper before exam who r going to get selected in final list!!!
