APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? Was it good enough to make it to the list? This article is for those APSC mains candidates. Find below the cutoff marks for various categories against various posts in APSC CCE 2009.
APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. R Paul board took my viva Today, it went well, he is quite frank in viva, while Rahman board grilling candidates. I am assam secretariat employee, so I asked one high rank official abt Apsc vs CM, he told me Our CM wil not remove R.paul as akhil gogoi inciting him to do that, because it wil give wrong msg to Barak peoples vote banks. Still am hopefull, Now let’s see what rslt brings to me.

Answer check karibole beleg eta room thakibo lage with video recording… video recording strong room tu lagabo lage.. 24 x 7 video recording hale malpractice karat problem habo… Exam Hall t eku likhibo nuarile 160/200 kuneu dibo nuare….

Hokolutkoi dangor problem hol how to stop malpractices in mains..aji kali vivat risk noloi. Mur experiencr pora moi eta simple kotha kou.. jodi muk sociologyt(ba beleg paper ) per paper 40 koi komai diye..suppose pabo lagisil 110+110=220, kintu malpracticer karone palu 70+70=140, mur dekha dekhi 80 komi gol(mur logor ejonor R.T.I copy saisu,tak asorit komke number disil ekhon paperot,high court korile,kintu labh nohol,high courte subjective evaluationor kotha he kole)Aru channel logua keitak jodi ekedhorone number borhai diye atleast ekhon paperot ,hihotor number barhi gol by 80 marks.So genuine candidate tui corrupt candidate tut koi dekha dekhi 80+80=160 kom pale due to malpractices. Iyat moi simple malpractice etar kotha koisu jitu koriboloi ekebare hohoj(video recordinge keneke dhoribo?). Hotelot bohi likha ba question paper leak koratkoi tenei uju.

Hotel t bahi answer likha tu bandha karibo parilei 80% corruption case bandha hoi jabo… Kiyanu besi bhag acs/aps pua mla/minister burar lora suali imanei parha hunat gadho j 1 month agate mains r 6 ta subject r question paper tahatok dileu eku falibo nuare… They will score not more than 500/1400… This is my open challenge… Kiyanu garu gubar thaka magoje 6 khan paper r 100 – 120 ta answer manat rakhiba nuare… Answer bur j ihat bure kitap t bisari pabo mur doubt ase…. Parha huna karibole discipline, sincerity, focus lage jibur eibur candidate e jibanat buji napale… Heyehe emahar bhitarat eku falibo nuare…. Mak bapekbure u bhal kei buji pai… Heyehe backdoor entry karai…

take example of tripura . they conduct civil service exam every 2 years . thy complete whole recuirtment process within 1 year with no controversery . 2014 nov prelims , final result on oct 2015. apsc must learn from tpsc being a big brother still laging
We can just take solace in the fact that most of the state public service commissions are reeling under charges of irregularities & corruption…. APSC is just one of them….
Few facts about arunachal-pradesh PSC 2016 results –
The prelims was conducted in 2013… Mains was conducted in July 2015…. Viva was conducted from 8th to 11th March 2016…. The final merit list was published on 11th March 2016…. Yes the final results were declared within a few hours of completion of the viva…. But the whole recruitment process was marred by irregularities & corruption….
Recently meghalaya PSC also found itself in similar scandal in civil service recruitment process…
I think greed is a very strong emotion to be found in human beings of all size, shape, cast, creed & across the globe…
@golmaal absolutely ryt…i request to all genuine candidates kindly come forward if u want 100% transparency in apsc…2016 mains r agote ami koribo lagibo…since present govt particularly honourable CM seems committed to it we shud let him kno wat happen in mains…kunubar jodi newspaper through ba personally CM k jonao pare sokolore lav hb…
1. firstly mains quesn papers shud b set keeping utmost secrecy…quesn paper jate leak nhy seya ensure korok..
2. d nexus between apsc and some coaching institutes shud b stopped…how some coaching institutes come to kno most of d questions to b asked in d xam
3. most importantly evaluation of all optionals shud b uniform standard..it has been observed dat in some optionals candidates get high marks like 180+ bt other optionals fetch only 8-90 marks out of 200..so we shud demand dat all optionals shud b evaluated in uniform standard…
4. all optionals shud b checked by university professors who hv depth knowledge on d concerned subject…average marking korato logical nhy…
how many of u agreed wid me? can we do something in dis regard? kindly suggest other measures to corruption free mains 2016..
I agree with @bandana… Asol khel tu mains t hoi… 1400 marks t khel tu khelilehe acs/aps habo pari…. Interview t 200 marks r karone iman planning & corruption kuneu nakare…. Heyehe mains t corruption kora loopholes bur he bandha karibo paribo lagibo amar CM e…. Mainly question paper leak & hotel t bahi answer likha…

Ae Rakesh paltue khali koi thake soyong bhagwane nuare nuare…He still doesnot know who God is….God can do anything anytime anywhere. That is why He is God and not Rakesh Pal.
Even Manipur PSC declared its results next day after interview. Only APSC cannot do it. I want to stress that ALL CORRUPTION HAPPENS IN MAINS WRITTEN EXAM.
