APSC CCE 2009 Final Cutoff Marks (Mains + Interview)
APSC Combined Competitive Examination (CCE) 2013 candidates who appeared in Mains exam are now waiting for the results. What was the cutoff last year? How was your performance? Was it good enough to make it to the list? This article is for those APSC mains candidates. Find below the cutoff marks for various categories against various posts in APSC CCE 2009.
APSC Combined Competitive Examination 2009 Final Cutoff:
Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) conducts Combined Competitive Examination for recruiting in various posts under Assam Civil Services and allied services. Following are the category wise cutoff marks of APSC CCE Final exam 2009 (also called as 2011), result of which was announced on April 26, 2013.

The marks above include interview. That means they are out of all total 1600, not just 1400 of CC (Main) Exam. The highest cutoff was 961 or 60.06% for ACS and APS posts in open category. The lowest cutoff was 762 or 47.62% for Inspector of taxes post in Scheduled Tribe (Hills) category. Category wise, lowest cutoff score for General category was 927 or (57.93%). Lowest OBC cutoff was 833 i.e. 52%. Compared to UPSC Civil Services examination, these values are high.
APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. @unknown, I don’t think there would be mains for bdo.. Next would be PI… my personal opinion..
What does screening exam in case of BDO means??? Does it mean something like prelims & that there will be another round??? Somebody please clarify this!!!!!@sanj @golmaal @all what say???

Golmaal I think that apsc is delaying in declaring result for both mains and BDO exam becoz they are not able to collect money from the candidate.and in case of BDO the so called powerful minister is going to loss his seat in the election and as there is 99%chances for changes of govt.so present govt. cannot influence in the result.and if our honourable CM Changes this time the new CM and new ministry will not favour paul.and new govt will always try to caught paul in trap to remove him from his post.so I thik this time threre will be less corruption and transparancy will come to the process. Tathapi nijar putek k sesta kariu bhal sakori eta diabo pora nai… Karon influential manuhar pasat he baki bure chance pai.. Heyehe grade 3 post t kam kara haru manuh r number etia loike ahai nai… Kintu bur biswakh edin nahoi edin mur lagar tuk deutake bhal post eta diai dibo.. CCE 13 r ki abastha hoisile paharila neki..Neem gas dal etiau ase… Mains clear karisilu… Taka di sakori lua r abastha mur nahoi.. 7 successful candidate k sini pau… Except 1 baki Sab taka dia case… Dental lecturer case tu mur neighbour for past 12 years… Heyehe bhitar r khabar dibo parisu… So maximum 2 will be genuine case out of 11 bdo posts I guess… Results ulabo dia… Nijei gam paba :-)

In all exams there is always a creamy layer from merit side,a good number of students ll definitely score more dan 70%. D quality of questions dat was set was nt at all of a good standard,considering d post for a rank of B.D.O. I hv nt appeared bt saw d paper. Still best f luck who hv appeared.

Peter north and unknown ,to which category both of u belong.I think that peternorths name will be appear in the final merit list of BDO becoz except the english part the G.S part of B.D.O exam paper was really tough and peter north is expecting 72, it is really a good mark in such a tough question paper.
