APSC 2013 Final Cutoff:
Cutoff marks are hard to predict. Because they are influenced by various factors such as candidates in different subjects, pattern of question papers, examiners etc. Higher standards of valuation can easily push cutoff scores down. But it is seen that cutoff marks of civil services examinations fluctuate within a range. The APSC Mains written examination was held in Guwahati from July 1 to July 27, 2014. Though nearly 3000 candidates were selected, several candidates didn’t appeared in the Mains. Also we heard that some papers were tougher than previous years. So, what will be the cutoff for APSC 2013? Will it be around 55-60% for General and 50-55% for OBC? Or it will change drastically? Have any good guess? Feel free to express your views.
Date of APSC 2013 Main results:
Any tentative dates for declaration of APSC 2013 Main exam results? If everything goes smoothly, APSC 2013 Mains examination results will be announced by the end of September or early October. That’s what one APSC employee told us. Basically it is too early to give an exact date. For views and opinion related to APSC civil services exam, don’t forget to view this APSC 2013 discussion page.

@jitaranjana, chairman e call kari kole, prelims result kaile dibo.. Mane Sunday dibo.. Tumak nai kua neki ;-)
So that’s it .mains result April preliminary by mid march and form fill up and pi after bihu….but next mains in July…that’s sure
@jitaranjana….That means govt wants to avoid this controversy before election. What a IDEA SIR JI….
Mains result in March end, viva in April and selection list in May 2nd half ..the main controversy begins after the selection of the candidates..results of election in 1st half of May..so it won’t be a headache for the ruling party once the selections are published after the declaration of election results..adverse news won’t affect them…this is the main reason for the delay of Mains result..taking all these factors into account and as per the directions of the present govt.APSC had already made a calendar so that the Mains result in May last.
assam.info site is really a magnificent one.Every one will be benefited from this forum.
I think mains result and forest ranger result will not declare by APSC before election.Because declaration of result may creat an anti congress wave everywhere due to several factors.Congress govt do not want to take a risk now before election by giving a mega chance to criticize them by opposition.Preliminary result still we may expect.I hv not seen other reasons about delay of results at present.
ard to OBC’s but the god knows when the question of implementing the same for sc & st will arrive …..but apart form the political parties, the babu’s in the central govt. Administration is also responsible for influencing such decision – making with ulterior motives best know to them.
What is required is a political will backed by mass support in form of public opinion based on the interest of the nation rather than one’s selfish interest.
Vote bank…..caste politics ….. The idea behind creating reservation by the makers of our constitution was to eliminate imparity in between all the region and all strata of ppl of india. But that to within a time frame, but that time frame is extended to such extend which inturn frustrated the very idea of our forefathers. The implemention of creamy layer is a welcome steps in regard to OBC’s but the god knows when the question of implementing the same for sc & st will arrive …..but apart form the political parties, the babu’s in the central govt. Administration is also responsible for influencing such decision – making with ulterior motives best know to them.

Iss bor tension hoise kaile bule apsc e bandha dina khan office khuli prelims r result dibo.. Rati tension t tupaniye nahibo… @jitaranjana, tumar tension hoise ne ;-) keita bajat dibo jana neki?
in case of jnu debate i too agree that govt handled it in a reactionary way…it should not.these students are iur own people ..they are not terroist …..in democracy no matter how conflicting or strange be a thought ut should be allowed to propagate at the same time this freedom of speech is bound by constitutuonal provisions….media should be kept under control so that they dont make a mesh out of it….apart from this the root problem is ideological difference….the pertinent question arises is if a different view point arises then should we treat it as a bad thing???,no absolutely no…..being different does not mean a bad thing….what the govt should do is to see
and inspect the root causes of these and then should try to eliminate the main virus whichbis responsible for all these…not just ephemeral reactionary steps
Any idea why creamy layer concept has not been extended to st and sc…this has created a priviledge section among those deprived sects….
Good baduli….facts well placed….. In regard to all political parties irrespective of what ideology it preached ….they all play dirty politics only with an aim to gain mileage…. N to come to power…these misguided youths are only used as tool to fulfill there desires….they speak what they r taught without any analytical findings on there part….. They speak about judicial killing…. They say they r against death penalty….. But they don’t know the judicial process…they don’t know the Crpc nor IPC….they don’t know that in India only in rarest of rare case a death sentence is confirm …..they don’t know that Indian legal system is based on Deterrent as well as Reformative theory of punishment……they don’t know that only section 121, 132, 194, 302, 303, 305, 307, 364-A, 396 n recently added 376 A of IPC provides for death penalty with a big OR in front of it.
Does Anyone have any info regarding Asstnt Engineer Irrigation Dept interview results conducted by APSC on Aug 2015
Aptly said cp…me also not rightist or leftist….if me not wrong..pandit nehru was a strong supporter of socialistic ideology….but he was also famous for banning cpm party…..india was the first place where a commie party won legislative election in a democratic environment….in kerala….there is no denying in the fact that these commies stress too much in their ideology…..how cn you support the fact that even during chinese atck these comrades sided with china citing it a war between socialist india and communist mao china….tbey nvr raise issue on chinese staple visa to arunachalies …..regarding jnu debate the current govt dealing with the situation too harshly i agree…many indian youth sfis worship che guevera not for his fight agnst injustice but for his gd hollywood marlon brando typ looks…..after completing studies 90 % of them becm the worshipper of capitalist dalal….the remaining bcm dogmatic static theoretical das capital worshippers likes karat raja yechuri…..specially yechuri shd not hv compared yoga pose to a dog…..and me not a supporter of cultural nationalism supported by some rss goons..
@lonely ….. in regard to large scale NPA , the bank in case of defaulters have two option 1. To go for auction sell of motgrage property under the sarfaesi act 2) to move before the DRT , the question is why the bank failed to follow these provision properly in case of these big business houses…. We all knew that recently the SC had to intervene n directed the RBI to provide the list of defaulters company…..it is indeed a topic to discuss.
Well said @baduli …..but commies in India have separate fractions amongst themselves …..not one agree with the ideology of the other….CPI (ML) are the aggressive one which speaks only of violence n are against Democratic elections….. But my frnd it is the same commies of India who also brought socialism in india resulting in Democratic socialism as enshrined in our constitution.
See the coin from both side….. I am neither a rightist nor a leftist …..u seems to be angry after viewing the Jnu controversy….. Wait buddy the picture is not over yet…what is the real story…time will tell…..being a nationalist is good but being an ultra nationalist is also not encouraging either as aggressive nationalism leads to violence and war…..got my point what I mean to say……both hands are required to make a clap.
@caporegime. kailoi eneu nidibo.. second saturday aru fourth saturday bandh thake apsc ofc
National health policy……how iran nuclear deal will affect india…..new foreign trade policy……
@ cp i didnt start..now face it…..india was an ideal place for the commies to rise….but they always kept them busy in licking the feet of mao and lenin stalin……both ussr and china moulded the commie formula a/c to their country needs…but indian commie always remained busy in barking lal salam lal salam only…..WHEN CHINA MASSACARED STUDENTS IN 1989 TIENMAN SQUARE FOR DEMANDING DEMOCRACY INDIAN OLD LALUAS SUPPORTED CHINESE COMMIES…WHEN TODAY SOME JADAVPURIYA AND JNU STUDENTS ARE BARKING IN SUPPORT OF AFZAL…PRO PAKIS THEY ARE SUPPORTING these douchebags…..indian commies always put their ideologies above national interest..and thats my problem
