Madan Kamdev, which is also called as the “Khajuraho of Assam” is a temple complex situated at Dewangiri Hill. It comprises all total of 24 temples. But now only some ruins are present there and people offers prayers to Lord Shiva there. It is believed that this temple complex was built during the reign of the “Pala Dynasty”, within the period of 10-12th centuary.

This temple complex is situated at about 43 km north of Guwahati and near Baihata Chariali. A good destination for visitors.
