Bilasipara Town, Assam
Bilasipara is a town in Dhubri district of Assam. Bilasipara is located between 26°23′ North Latitude and 90°23′ East Longitude. The town has an average elevation of 26 metres (85 feet). Bilasipara is the headquarters of Bilasipara sub-division of Dhubri district. According to 2001 census, the Bilasipara town had an population of 31,090 of which 51% were males and 49% females. The literacy rate was 68%.
