• Marriage, Family and Kinship. Types and Functions Changes.
• Religion : Meaning and Origin, Functions and place of religion in modern society.
• Social Stratification : Caste, Class and Estate, Functional and conflict explanations, Social mobility – Concept and pattern.
• Social Processes : Conflicts, Cooperation and Competition assimilation.
• Culture, Concept, Elements of Culture, Culture and Civilization, Cultural Lag, Culture and Personality, Cultural relativism, Factors and Theories of Cultural Changes.
• Social Control : Meaning Agencies, Custom, Law and Religion.
• Special Change : Meaning, Patterns of Change, Factors of Change, Technological and Cultural.

  Dear sir i am very interested in sociology from the very first but people say that because of the less complexity of the subject many aspirants take it as their optional subject which lead to difficulties in getting good marks even after good presentation of the answers. is it right or wrong.please suggest me.
