Jagdish Mukhi is the current and 39th Governor of Assam state of India. On October 10, 2017, Mukhi assumed charge as Governor of Assam. He replaced Banwarilal Purohit, who served as Governor of Assam from August 17, 2016 to October 9, 2017.
Jagdish Mukhi was Born on December, 1942 in Dajal, Dera Gazi Khan (present day Punjab, Pakistan). He was a professor at Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University. A member of BJP and RSS, Mukhi also served as a minster in the Delhi government.

Sir,
I hope you would take out little time to read this letter. I am writing this letter on behalf of all the workers of Tingalibam T.E. Sonari, Charaideo. The workers of our garden are getting very ill treated by the Management. The Management is not following any of the Lobour Acts and Rights. The workers are not getting even their SALARY but still they are being made to work regularly. No proper medical facilities, no ration, no proper drinking water and lots more. We went to the DC but still no any help from their part.
Please Sir, I request you to take necessary action. We all will be looking forward for your help.
