CGF map with J&K and Gujarat in Pakistan!

When India is celebrating 61st Republic Day, it has emerged that the official web site of Commonwealth Games Federation (CGF) is carrying a faulty map of India. The map shows parts of Jammu & Kashmir and Gujarat as Pakistan territory. Look the screenshot below.

Was it a mistake or a deliberate effort to show those parts of India as Pakistan? The web site (thecgf.com) is owned and operated by the CGF, an International body responsible for the direction and control of the Commonwealth Games all around the world. Point to note here is that New Delhi, the capital city of India is hosting the 2010 Commonwealth Games.
