Popular online health community MedHelp on Monday announced the launch of the My Cycles mobile application, a free health application for women. My Cycles allows women to track their cycles, fertile window and ovulation in a convenient mobile format that can be accessed on demand on the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.
My Cycles app is targeted at women who place a high priority on their health and need the ability to manage their health wherever they are. The app includes the ability to track flow, mood, PMS symptoms, usage of birth control and other treatments. My Cycles can track and predict future period days and ovulation days, so that women can plan accordingly. In addition, for women who are actively trying to conceive, there is an optional setting that allows users to track advanced ovulation signs such as basal body temperature and detects ovulation based on the Fertility Awareness Method and Ovulation Prediction Kits. My Cycles automatically backs up data and syncs to a user’s account on medhelp.org.
