Shiney Ahuja is Guilty : Maharashtra CM

The Shiney Ahuja rape case will now be passed to a fast track court, Maharashtra Chief Minister (CM) Ashok Chavan told to a press conference in Mumbai. The CM also said that Shiney has indeed raped the girl. He justified his stand pointing to the results of preliminary medical tests done on the girl, which clearly indicated rape and physically harassment.

shiney_ahuja_rape_case Girija Vyas, chairperson of the National Commission for Women (NCW), who was also present in the press conference, said that there is no reason to delay the case and how much big the personality may be, the law is same for all and the culprit has to face the consequence. Girija Vyas was in Mumbai to meet the victim. Vyas also met the bollywood star’s wife Anupam Ahuja, who said her husband was innocent and requested the background of the girl to be probed.

Though Shiney’s wife is claiming that he is innocent, all the evidences are speaking against the actor. Moreover, reports of medical tests carried on Shiney revealed that he indeed raped the girl. The medical report of the domestic help also says that she was rapped and physically harassed. Now, what’s next? The police is still awaiting the DNA report to confirm the crime, after which court can give a verdict. Shiney Ahuja will be kept in judicial custody till July 2.
